Also, spreads and order execution work flawlessly. Deposits and withdrawals are also smooth. Weaknesses I see in the limits on the number of accounts that can be created. Unfortunately, even created (demo) accounts cannot be deleted, so you hit the limit. In short, highly recommended!

I have been at IC Markets for almost 3 years. Never had any problem for deposit and withdrawal. The customer service is quite fast and they are available 24 hours a day.
On March 10, 2023 I made a withdrawal but was asked to add a bank account number, but when I entered the bank account, an error message appeared “You have already added the bank details provided. If it is not displayed, please contact our support”
On March 11, 2023, I emailed you at account@icmarkets.com. ICmarkets asked me to make a deposit to withdraw. This is a nonsensical reason, the scam broker always asks for more money
On March 16, 2023, I contacted the live chat customer, they asked me to contact the DebitPlus and IndonesiaPay payment system. They don’t give me any reason

I invested 1, 5,000 euros, in 2 weeks I made a profit of 206 euros and withdrew it. After 2 more weeks I made 269 euros in earnings and withdrew them but did not receive them because they did not want to process them. 2 days later I got 350 EUR in profits, suddenly my profits were canceled and IC markets said they won’t pay me and the account was blocked due to restrictions for EU customers, they don’t even want to do it. to refund my initial deposit. This was done without any warning or notification. Why would you allow me to trade if I am restricted and why would you allow me to deposit? Usually, when brokers restrict or block your account, they return your deposit in full, as it is not the client’s fault that a broker is restricted by regulations. However, IC markets decided to pay me my first profit which was made before the restriction and after the restriction they said they will deduct the profit paid from my first deposit and then give me the rest of the deposit from my deposits. At first they said they wouldn’t even give me my remaining deposits, only after I included I was working in this field in moving positions and I said crap.
Also, before including a senior staff member of my company, they don’t want to pay any part of my initial deposit.
I have 1850 EUR in my account on March 15, 2023. They canceled my account and sent me 674.31 EUR. This is a serious problem. I didn’t lose a penny of about 1850 EUR trading and my deposit was 1.5K. Why did you send only EUR 674.31?

I use EA trading. This EA opens and closes offers within minutes. It works based on runtime, propagation, sliding.
When I change the demo account it works fine. When I work, the live account doesn’t work because of the high spread.

I tried using the copy trading demo account on the live account. I see more than 30 pips difference between demo account and real account. My closing EA has a loss due to this problem.

They approved my PayPal withdrawal, the money was withdrawn from the merchant account but I did not receive it in my Paypal account. IC markets confirmed it was a problem with their site and then nothing happened… no money…
